Let's Wiggle! With Tara Lynn Steele

The past six (almost seven!!!) months have been an incredible time of growth, change, pain, grief, anxiety, and pause for a multitude of reasons for all of us. We want to remind you that it's okay not to be okay, and it's okay to step away from singing whenever you need to take a break to take care of you. We'll be here when you're ready.

We also want to remind you that you can and deserve to nurture your beautiful artistic self and stretch in new ways if that feels exciting to you, and we're thrilled to provide some FREE options this month to do so.

All of the artists offering the workshops this month are volunteering their time and energy. 

If you'd like, you're welcome to make a donation in lieu of a registration fee. Any and all proceeds will support Fair Fight


About Let’s Wiggle

During all the amazing things you’re doing have you discovered restrictions, lack of motivation, aches, and/or felt lethargic? No matter what activity our human hardware needs to be wiggled to its full potential. When we wiggle we work better! 

What's a wiggle? A wiggle is a movement we do to loosen our body, improve our physical performance, and stay READY for everyday activities. We wiggle for increased mobility, which is the ability to actively achieve a functional Range of Motion.
